Deb Morton is a Career Coach who partners with individuals to reach their professional goals using a proven, focused process, including: Self-assessment, Career Exploration, Competency Resume Writing, Behavioral Interviewing, Networking and Salary Package Negotiation. She works with individuals to discover what they really want to do and develops strategies & a game plan to achieve it.

Deb has identified and implemented solutions in all facets of Human Resources for over fifteen years. Her assignments encompass individual, corporate and divisional levels of Fortune 500, private and non-for-profit organizations. Deb is known for her expertise in collaborating with all levels of employees on talent issues in domestic and global teams.

Deb earned a M.S., Labor & Industrial Relations with honors from Loyola University, Chicago, Illinois. In addition, she was awarded a B.S., Industrial Organizational Psychology from University of Illinois in Champaign, Illinois.
